「はるだけ」（以下「本アプリ」）は、Yusuke Shimomura（以下「開発者」）が提供する、習慣を記録するためのアプリです。本アプリでの情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおりお知らせします。

1. 端末の中に保存する情報

利用者が本アプリに入力した、習慣の名前、シールの記録、メモ、設定は、利用者の端末の中にだけ保存されます。開発者のサーバーや、外部のサービスには送られません。開発者は、これらの内容を見ることができません。

本アプリには、アカウントの登録やログインがありません。広告を入れていません。

2. 匿名の利用状況

本アプリを良くするために、匿名の利用状況を、TelemetryDeck（TelemetryDeck GmbH、ドイツ）のサービスに送ります。

送るもの：アプリを開いた、習慣を作った、シールを貼った、ページが完成した、といったできごとの種類と、それに付く大まかな区分（例：習慣の数が「2〜3個」、貼ったのが「今日の分か、過去の分か」）。

送らないもの：習慣の名前、メモ、応援メッセージ、どのシールを貼ったか、記録の日付、氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、広告のための識別子。

できごとには、アプリが端末の中で作ったランダムな番号を、元に戻せない形に変換したものを付けます。これは、同じ人が何日使ったかを数えるためのもので、だれであるかを知ることはできません。広告や、ほかのアプリやサイトをまたいだ追跡には使いません。

この送信は、本アプリの「設定」→「利用状況の送信」で、いつでも止められます。

3. 写真へのアクセス

完成した台紙の画像を保存するとき、利用者の操作に応じて、端末の写真に画像を追加します。本アプリが、利用者の写真を読み取ることはありません。

4. お知らせ

お知らせを設定した場合、本アプリは、端末の中でお知らせを予約します。お知らせのために、情報を外部に送ることはありません。

5. データの削除と引き継ぎ

本アプリを端末から削除すると、端末の中の記録も削除されます。

記録は、端末のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップなど）にふくまれることがあります。バックアップの取り扱いは、Apple の定めによります。

匿名の利用状況は、だれのものかを開発者が見分けられないため、個別に取り出したり消したりすることはできません。

6. お子さまの利用

本アプリは、どの年齢の方も利用できます。お子さまの個人情報を集めることはありません。

7. この方針の変更

内容を変える場合は、このページでお知らせします。

お問い合わせのフォームは、Google フォームを使っています。フォームに書かれた内容は、本アプリの改善のためだけに使います。個別の返信はしておりません。お名前やメールアドレスなどの個人情報は、書かないようお願いします。

Stickaday Privacy Policy

Stickaday ("the app") is a habit tracker provided by Yusuke Shimomura ("we"). This page explains how the app handles information.

1. Information stored on your device

The habits, stickers, notes, and settings you enter are stored only on your device. They are not sent to our servers or to any third-party service. We cannot see them.

The app has no account or sign-in, and no ads.

2. Anonymous usage data

To help improve the app, it sends anonymous usage data to TelemetryDeck (TelemetryDeck GmbH, Germany).

What is sent: the type of event (for example, the app was opened, a habit was created, a sticker was added, a page was finished) and a few broad categories attached to it (for example, whether you have "2-3" habits, or whether a sticker was added for "today" or "a past day").

What is never sent: habit names, notes, pep talks, which sticker you chose, the dates of your records, your name, email address, location, or any advertising identifier.

Each event carries a random number created by the app on your device, converted into a form that cannot be reversed. It lets us count how many days the app is used, but it does not tell us who you are. It is not used for advertising or for tracking you across other apps or websites.

You can turn this off at any time in the app under Settings > Share usage data.

3. Photos

When you save an image of a finished page, the app adds that image to your photo library at your request. The app does not read your photos.

4. Reminders

If you turn on reminders, the app schedules them on your device. No information is sent off your device for reminders.

5. Deleting and moving your data

Deleting the app from your device also deletes the records stored on it.

Your records may be included in your device backups (such as iCloud Backup). Backups are handled according to Apple's terms.

Because we cannot tell whose anonymous usage data is whose, we cannot retrieve or delete it for an individual.

6. Children

The app can be used by people of any age. We do not collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page.
